How to Use the Laundroworks Card System

1. Obtain a New Laundry Card

• Visit the Value Add Center (VAC) kiosk in the laundromat.

• Select the option to purchase a new card.

• Insert cash or use a credit/debit card to pay the required amount.

• The kiosk will dispense a new laundry card with the loaded balance.

2. Add Money to Your Laundry Card

• At the VAC kiosk, choose the "Add Value" option.

• Insert your laundry card into the designated slot.

• Select the amount you wish to add.

• Insert cash or use a credit/debit card for payment.

• The kiosk will update your card's balance accordingly.

3. Start a Laundry Machine

• Load your laundry into an available washer or dryer.

• Add detergent or other necessary laundry products.

• Tap your laundry card on the machine's card reader.

• The machine will deduct the appropriate amount from your card and begin the cycle.

4. Monitor and Manage Your Card

• Use the LaundroPortal to:

  • Check your card balance.

  • View transaction history.

  • Manage your account settings.

• Access the portal via a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
